The nature of the Senvaralen service
Senvaralen provides an AI-powered research assistant designed to help private investors organise information, examine assumptions, compare scenarios and develop their own investment views. The service is intended to support the research and analytical process that precedes investment decisions. It does not constitute financial advice, investment advice, or any other form of regulated advice. Nothing produced by or through the Senvaralen service should be treated as a personal recommendation to buy, hold or sell any investment.
Senvaralen Ltd is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority for the purposes of providing investment advice or arranging investments. If you require regulated financial advice, you should consult a suitably qualified and authorised financial adviser. By using the Senvaralen service, you confirm that you understand and accept this limitation, and that you take full responsibility for any investment decisions you make, whether or not you have used the service in connection with those decisions.
Acceptable use of the service
You may use the Senvaralen service for your own personal investment research purposes. You may not use it for any unlawful purpose, to generate content that is misleading or harmful, or in any way that violates the rights of others. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, resell or redistribute any part of the service without our prior written consent. Senvaralen reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the service for any user who breaches these terms.
The content and outputs generated through the Senvaralen service are provided for informational and research purposes only. While we work to ensure that the service is accurate and useful, we cannot guarantee that all information it produces is complete, current or free from error. You should verify any information that is material to an investment decision through independent sources before relying on it.
Limitation of liability and governing law
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Senvaralen Ltd excludes all liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of the service, including any investment losses, whether direct, indirect or consequential. This exclusion does not apply to liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms or your use of the Senvaralen service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the service after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
